Established in 2023, Blue Collar Rentals was created to provide affordable trailer rentals to Blue Collar industries, as well as people needing easy, personal use rentals. With our current inventory, we offer Trash Removal services in Central Iowa, but we will be expanding our rental offerings soon!

How it Works

Renting a trailer from us for Personal or Commercial use is an easy three-step process.

1️⃣ Browse and Book your Trailer

Scroll through our inventory options to find which rental option works best for you. When you find the trailer best for you, choose your delivery option, reservation date(s), and complete your payment method!

2️⃣ Collect your Trailer from the Pickup Location

As your reservation approaches, you will be provided with a pickup and dropoff location for your trailer. When you pick up your rental, you will do a pre-rental walk around of the trailer and equipment inventory (if applicable) with a team member. This ensures that any prior damages were noted.

3️⃣ Return your Trailer to the Dropoff Location

When you are done with your rental, simply return it to the provided dropoff location, send us a picture, and your rental is complete! Our team will complete a post-rental inspection and get it prepared for the next reservation.

  • Renting a trailer from our business is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our trailer inventory, which includes dumpsters, utility trailers, car haulers, and more. Once you've selected the trailer that suits your needs, specify your desired rental period and provide the necessary information to complete your reservation. We'll prepare the trailer for pickup at a provided location or arrange for delivery to your specified address. You can also choose any additional accessories or equipment you might need for your towing requirements. When your rental period is complete, return the trailer to the provided dropoff location or arrange for pickup, and we'll ensure it's properly maintained for the next renter.

  • If you encounter any issues or damages to the rented trailer during your use, please notify us promptly. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, so it's advisable to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to trailer damages. Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our rental equipment.

  • Yes, you can extend the rental period for a trailer if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the trailer. Keep in mind that trailer availability may vary, so it's best to notify us about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing towing requirements.

  • Dumpsters/Roll-offs, weather a dedicated unit or a dump trailer are charged the same way. The first 24 hours are charged a set price to cover drop-off/pick-up, any included tonnage, and our service package. The additional day(s) you request the dumpster for are charged at a reduced rate. If you need a rental for an extended period (over 1 week), please contact us for a pricing schedule.

  • Our service package is to provide you with the best possible service. It includes driveway protection for roll-offs, which prevents direct contact and won't allow any scratching or marring of your driveway. Upon pickup, we will sweep and cleanup the area around the unit, leaving the space looking as it had prior. We may charge more than competitors, but most competitors won't clean up driveway messes.

  • While we try to operate on a standard schedule, we understand that this may not be an option for every situation. If you require services, such as a drop-off or pickup after hours, please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs. If you have an emergency situation with one of our rentals, or need a rental immediatly, please call us.
